    The Fallbrook Youth Rugby Club will hold a rummage sale Saturday, March 13, at Fallbrook High School’s agriculture department parking lot. The rummage sale will take place from 8:30 a.m. to approximately 3 p.m. regardless of weather conditions. All proceeds will be used to fund playoff trips for the under-19 boys team (which also plays as the high school team) and the under-19 girls team.     Bonsall’s Hailey Johnson twice reached quarterfinal rounds at the Copper Bowl tennis tournament January 2-7 in Tucson.     FALLBROOK – Some homes are a fire waiting to happen. CAL Fife advises everyone to make their homes fire safe today. They should remove trash, check for overloaded circuits and frayed wires. It is surprising how quickly a fire hazard can develop without anyone noticing. Boxes and clothing piled next to the furnace/heater, water heater or clothes dryer should be removed.
