FALLBROOK – As a public-safety measure, the Fallbrook Public Utility District (FPUD) is preparing to re-coat the inside of the Aqua Hill reservoir. This is a routine maintenance procedure to safeguard the structural integrity and quality of the water in the tank. FPUD does this once every 10 years.
