Andiamo, a 46 foot sloop owned by Dr. Robert Pace, triumphed in its class and finished first in a 25 boat fleet. Francis R. “Parky” Parkinson, 90, of Fallbrook, Calif., passed away on March 12, 2010 in Vista, Calif. He was born June 5, 1919 in Kendallville, Ind. Parky moved to Fallbrook in 1927.
