    At his most recent Community Advisory Group meeting on Thursday, March 12, Lt. David Gilmore, commander of the Fallbrook Sheriff's substation, sought discussion and input on the prospect of local deputies wearing body cameras. Deputies do not have the cameras yet, but according to Gilmore, the San Diego County Sheriff's Dept. is seeking to purchase them.     A Fallbrook woman who is accused of shooting and killing her son-in-law made another appearance in Vista Superior Court Tuesday, March 10 where a jury trial date was set for Sept. 8. Cynthia Katherine Cdebaca, 63, who has been charged with first-degree murder, continues to be held on $5 million bail.     Tom Kennedy has replaced Dennis Sanford as the Rainbow Municipal Water District representative on the San Diego County Water Authority (SDCWA) board. Sanford's final SDCWA board meeting as a director was on Jan. 22, and the CWA honored him on his retirement that day. Kennedy was seated during the CWA's Feb. 26 meeting.     A motorcycle collided with a vehicle at 1535 S. Mission Rd. at about 3 p.m. today, Thursday, March 19. The vehicle then hit a light pole according to CHP communications which indicated the pole was down with live wires exposed. The motorcycle rider was conscious but possibly injured.
