    FALLBROOK - Traffic was backed up at Reche Rd. west of Gird as a the result of a single vehicle accident at 6:45 pm in the intersection of Gird Rd. and Reche. For unknown reasons, a car ran into the concrete wall in front of Live Oak Park. The wall serves as a guardrail, keeping pedestrians and cars from entering the stream that runs the span of the park and southward under the street and then further down Gird toward 79S.     SAN DIEGO - A woman filed suit in San Diego today against an Oregon fruit farm, alleging that frozen berries it sold gave her hepatitis as part of an outbreak of the disease in seven U.S. states.     PALM SPRINGS - Two Coachella Valley water agencies today asked the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians to drop its lawsuit against them so they can all work together ''to chart a strong future for the region's water supply and economy,'' but the tribe's chairman called the request ''absurd.''     RIVERSIDE - An agreement between the Riverside County Sheriff's Department and the U.S. Forest Service to have deputies patrol segments of the Cleveland and San Bernardino National Forests, conducting drug interdiction and other operations, was approved today by the Board of Supervisors.
