    FALLBROOK — Save Our Forest, a branch of the Fallbrook Land Conservancy has been working for three years with students from the FUESD to restore native growth to Fallbrook woodland areas.     The San Diego County Board of Supervisors voted March 2 to authorize the application and subsequent acceptance of fiscal year 2005-06 Enforcement Assistance Grant money from the California Integrated Waste Management Board. The county’s Department of Environmental Health will apply for $37,000 in grants.     The San Diego County Board of Supervisors approved an agreement with Collaborative Services, Inc., to provide community outreach services for public works improvement projects.     California’s simplest state income tax form is available for more taxpayers this year, including senior citizens, according to the Franchise Tax Board (FTB).
