FALLBROOK - A Cessna airplane flying out of Fallbrook lost engine power and landed upside down in Temecula, but no one was seriously hurt, an FAA spokesman said today, Sun., March 24. The pilot of the Cessna 172 made a forced landing Friday afternoon at Butterfield and Murrieta roads, Federal Aviation Administration spokesman Ian Gregor said.
