    WINCHESTER - An 11-year-old boy was bitten on the mouth by a pit bull today in Winchester, according to a news report. The Riverside County Department of Animal Services reported that the apparently unprovoked attack happened at 4 p.m. at a house on Stuber Street, where the victim was playing with friends, according to the Riverside Press- Enterprise.     LAKE ELSINORE - Firefighters today rescued a motorcyclist who had fallen 30 feet down a cliff off the Ortega Highway in Lake Elsinore. The motorcyclist, a woman, suffered moderate injuries in the accident, which occurred near the Ortega Oaks Candy Store and Goods eatery along the road also known as Highway 74.     PERRIS - A man and a 17-year-old girl were arrested in connection with the luring another man and girl to a location in Perris where the man was stabbed repeatedly during a robbery, a sergeant said today. Deputies were dispatched at 9:20 p.m. Friday to an area near Vantage Drive and Monument Parkway and found the victim with multiple stab wounds.     The greater Los Angeles area experienced yet another earthquake today, this one being a 4.1 magnitude shaker near Rowland Heights, Calif., according to a U.S. Geological Survey Report. The report said the quake was 9 kilometers deep; its epicenter was approximately 2 kilometers southeast of Rowland Heights and 5 kilometers northwest of Brea in Orange County.
