    Wilma Akins passed away peacefully in Fallbrook, Calif. on March 28, 2014, at the age of 84. Wilma, a native of Pepeekeo, Hawaii, resided in Fallbrook for 54 years. Her husband of 49 years, Elbert J. Akins, greeted her in heaven, where he has been waiting for the past five years.
