    MURRIETA - A trial date may be set next week for an ex-nurse accused of sexually assaulting bed-ridden patients in a Murrieta hospital. Paul Robert Simon, 53, could face up to six years in prison if he's convicted of three counts each of sexual battery on a medically incapacitated person and lewd acts by a caretaker on a dependent adult.     The county’s Planning Commission approved the proposed Golf Green Estates project in Bonsall. The Planning Commission’s 6-0 vote March 1, with Michael Beck absent, approved a tentative parcel map and site plan to subdivide 29 acres into 94 residential lots ranging between 6,000 and 19,113 square feet along with eight homeowners’ association lots.     The Fallbrook Public Utility District approved a contract to furnish and install a mixing system for the 8 million gallon reservoir in DeLuz.     Utility Service Company, which is headquartered in Atlanta, has been awarded the contract to recoat the Fallbrook Public Utility District’s Sachse Reservoir. The FPUD board voted 5-0 March 25 to award the contract to Utility Service Company for $864,000 if the company is able to meet all district requirements.     The Rainbow Municipal Water District has approved a quitclaim deed for an easement in the Rancho Monserate area.
