    RIVERSIDE - A Beaumont man who chased down and tried to hit a motorcyclist during a road rage confrontation in Perris was sentenced today to six months community service and three years probation.     FRENCH VALLEY - Two men robbed a French Valley bank today and got away before Riverside County sheriff's deputies arrived.     HEMET - A man accused of trying to abduct three children in Hemet and San Jacinto was on the run today, with investigators seeking leads as to his whereabouts. Kareem Amil Lewis, 33, of Hemet, is charged with three counts each of attempted kidnapping, annoying a minor and communicating with a child with the intent to commit a felony.
