The San Diego County Water Authority board voted to award a professional services contract to RBF Consulting to conduct technical studies on the potential Camp Pendleton seawater desalination project. The SDCWA’s March 24 decision authorizes a contract of $2,600,000 to RBF Consulting, whose experience includes the feasibility study for the proposed Camp Pendleton facility.
