The new majority of the Rainbow Water District board has expressed their goals to be fiscally responsible and act in the best interests of their ratepayers. If this is really true, they can take action as that majority to ask ROC and their supporters to stop the effort to recall Bob Glick. They can use their leadership for the good of the district and ask the ratepayers in Division 5 not to sign the recall petition. The hospital owner’s lobby (the California Hospital Association) and their shills are again cranking out propaganda trying to convince you that safe staffing won’t work. These TV ads and newspaper articles, written by slick ad agencies, are designed to inject cold fear deep into your heart. Do they really think we are so stupid that we’ll see their commercials and start clamoring for the return of unsafe staffing? They cry about California’s nursing shortage but will ne... Full story
