    RIVERSIDE - Home sales in Riverside County fell by 2.3 percent in March, compared to the same month a year ago, while prices rose by 1 percent, a real estate information service announced today. A total of 3,756 homes changed hands locally last month, compared to 3,843 in March 2011, according to La Jolla-based DataQuick.     A three car accident that occurred around 4:30 p.m. today (Tues., April 17) at Old Highway 395 and Reche Road resulted in one of the vehicles being completely destroyed by fire.
