  • Expect delays at SR 76 and Old Highway 395

    On Tuesday, April 19, Caltrans will close SR 76 at the intersection of Old Highway 395 at 1 p.m. for approximately one hour, so crews can conduct minor rock blasting work to improve the highway. During the blasting activity, Caltrans will establish a safety perimeter at Old Highway 395. The blasting will create a brief but loud sound and vibrations in the area.   • Fallbrook girls take second in Fullerton Youth Rugby International Tournament

    This year's Fullerton Youth Rugby International Tournament was held March 19-20, and the Fallbrook High School girls rugby club took second place. The Warriors reached the finals of the tournament played on the field across from Ladera Vista Junior High School but lost in the championship match to the Danville club.
