    The Fallbrook Union Elementary School District (FUESD) board of trustees recently made a unanimous decision to reinstate four elementary assistant principal positions for the 2013-2014 school year.     The San Diego County Air Pollution Control District Hearing Board granted a 90-day variance to Orange Grove Energy, LP, for tuning activities at its Pala generation plant.
