    A 27-year-old developmentally disabled male who was reported missing from his backyard at 3:29 p.m. Sunday was located by the Sheriff's Department Search and Rescue squad a little less than four hours later. Deputies responded to call of a missing person at risk in the 1700 block of Canyon Heights Rd. in Fallbrook after the man hadn't been seen for an hour.     PALA – A shooting at the Pala Indian Reservation in the North County left a 56-year-old man dead, authorities said Monday. San Diego County Sheriff's deputies from the Valley Center substation were called to the 11900 block of Ortega Road in a residential area of the reservation shortly after midnight, Sheriff Homicide Sgt.
