    David Puchta has signed a document authorizing withdrawal of his application for an Administrative Permit to build a pair of horse barns in Bonsall. Puchta signed the withdrawal agreement April 2. The withdrawal vacates the approval of the Administrative Permit which had been approved November 28 but which had been appealed.     While most people were kicking back over spring break, the Fallbrook Warrior varsity lacrosse team was finishing up their tournament at Santana High School in Santee. There were eight teams; each played three games. While the JV boys won all their games and finished as first place champions, the varsity team had a tougher time.
