    FALLBROOK - Fallbrook Union Elementary School District has begun taking new student registrations for the 2011-2012 school year. Registration is conducted at the school assigned according to the family’s residential address. To be eligible for kindergarten, a child must be five years of age on or before December 2, 2011.     FALLBROOK – Out of the almost 300 Girl Scouts in the Fallbrook/Bonsall area, 20 girls joined the 500 Club, some as young as 6 years old.     The Fallbrook Public Utility District board voted to approve the bid of Godwin Pumps of America, Inc., to replace the district’s portable sewage pump. The Bridgeport, N.J. company provided a bid of $34,558.58 for the replacement.     FALLBROOK - Master woodcarver Al Salsgiver of Rainbow has carved wooden dolls for the San Diego County doll club, Mini Doll Friends of Southern California.
