FALLBROOK – Fallbrook resident and Sullivan Middle School sixth grader Daria Osborn is the 2011 Level 7 Southern California State Gymnastics Champion in floor exercise. The San Diego County Board of Supervisors voted to maintain the fire mitigation fee rates paid by developers to fund the cost of fire department facilities serving the new development.
