Bo Donovan, who had been the manager of Fallbrook Community Airpark for the past seven years, passed away April 24 at the age of 67. Construction crews inadvertently broke a water main on State Route 76 this morning at the intersection of Thoroughbred Lane, causing residences and businesses in the local area to be without water service for about three hours.
