    CAMP PENDLETON - A Hawaii-based Marine who was attending a military education academy in California was pronounced dead Thursday after being found unresponsive in his barracks at Camp Pendleton.     BONSALL - A 28-year-old man was behind bars today for allegedly stealing a work truck and leading sheriff's deputies on a pursuit from Bonsall to just outside of Oceanside.     Sheriff's deputies from Fallbrook pursued a man who had stolen a truck in Vista yesterday and ultimately arrested the 28-year-old suspect. According to Sheriffs' Sgt.
