    Last year Fallbrook High School's softball team finished the season with a 13-14 overall season record, including a 2-8 Avocado East League mark. Under the direction of Head Coach Jeff Brandow, Warrior varsity and JV coaches and their players will provide instruction to young athletes.     Two Fallbrook players were part of the 2011-12 San Diego Sockers who not only won the Professional Arena Soccer League championship but also posted a perfect season. Chris Toth and Mikel Palmerin were part of the Sockers team which finished 24-0 for the indoor soccer year, including 18-0 in PASL play. He was born on Sept. 22, 1952 in Salem, Mass., the middle child of Wallace and Teresa Shaima (née Bourassa). After serving in the U.S. Army, Michael attended San Diego State University where he received a B.A. in History and Economics.     Two weeks after celebrating his 96th birthday, Stanley Milton Fleener Sr. passed away April 21, 2012 at Sunrise Senior Living in Carlsbad. Stanley and his wife, Patricia, moved to Fallbrook in 1967 into a house at the end of a long gravel road in the Morro Hills area. Stanley, a commercial airline pilot for 30 years, and his wife, named their ranch house The Flying F Ranch. The long gravel road is now known as Flying F Ranch Road.
