    CAMP PENDLETON - Marines practicing how to remove mines may cause explosions and loud booms audible up to 50 miles away, including much of San Diego County, the Marine Corps advised today.     SAN JACINTO - Deputies arrested a man suspected of exposing himself to three youngsters as they played in the back yard of their residence in San Jacinto, a sheriff's department spokesman said today.
