    North County Fire reported about 2:15 p.m. today (Friday, May 6) that a brush fire that erupted on Patton Oak Road in Fallbrook is now under control. The blaze, which has consumed roughly 2-1/2 acres is west of De Luz Road. "Patton Oak Road is off of the 1000 block of De Luz Road," explained John Buchanan, public information officer for North County Fire.     INDIO - Two men were sentenced today to life in prison without the possibility of parole in the financially motivated stabbing death of a Palm Springs retiree. Miguel Bustamante, 28, and David Replogle, 62, were both found guilty in January of the death of 74-year-old Clifford Lambert. Among other charges, they were also convicted of conspiracy, burglary and grand theft. The sentences were delivered by Superior Court Justice David B.
