The successful third season of the Fallbrook Girls Softball League (FGSL) ended with Closing Ceremonies and Championship Day at Ingold Fields on Saturday, April 28. This season the league was comprised of five divisions, 19 teams and 213 team members. Tiffany Hunter was named the Most Valuable Player for the North squad in the girls Senior All-Star Basketball Game played March 30 at Mira Mesa High School. The Fallbrook branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) will present its 12th Annual Country Garden Tour on Saturday, May 12, from 12 to 4 p.m. The tour begins at the Palomares House, 1815 South Stage Coach Lane, where tickets and maps will be available.
