    MORENO VALLEY - Sections of the Moreno Valley (60) Freeway will be shut down this weekend, requiring eastbound and westbound motorists to take a detour. Partial freeway closures are scheduled both tonight and Saturday night at Nason Street, according to city officials.     MURRIETA - A detainee at the Southwest Detention Center in Murrieta died after a fistfight and a homicide case was being conducted today by the Riverside County sheriff's office. Staff were alerted at 12:35 p.m. Friday about the inmate, identified by the coroner's office as Julio Negrete, 35, of Quail Valley. He was found unconscious and unresponsive inside his cell.     SAN DIEGO - A ground squirrel that tested positive for plague on Palomar Mountain has led County health officials to warn campers and hikers to take precautions.
