    EL CAJON – After a dry winter, warming temperatures are quickly drying out the abundant annual grass crop. The increasing fire danger posed by the high volume of dead grass and hotter, drier conditions in the region is prompting Cal Fire San Diego to suspend all burn permits for outdoor residential burning within the State Responsibility Area of San Diego County.     With no new flu deaths being reported in the last week of April, the final Influenza Watch report for the season shows the number of fatalities remains at 341, and 20,747 flu cases have been reported, the County Health and Human Services Agency announced, May 2.
