    On Thursday, December 10, the Fallbrook boys’ junior varsity basketball team hosted the Canyon Crest Ravens.     The United States Marine Corps mourns the loss of Corporal Ryan L. Pape. Pape was killed while conducting a night low-level static line parachute training jump here on Dec. 3. Ryan died as a result of injuries he received from the airborne exercise.     Members of the governing board of Rainbow Municipal Water District agreed to increase general manager Dave Seymour’s compensation by five percent, along with granting him with an additional $5,000 bonus, at their regular board meeting on December 1.
