Police were on the lookout today for three men suspected of assaulting a man near the San Diego State University campus and getting away with his backpack. The victim was attempting to put his backpack and skateboard into the trunk of his vehicle shortly before 9:30 p.m. Saturday in the vicinity of Hardy Avenue when he was approached by the trio of suspects, according to SDSU police.
