    UPDATE- 6 A.M. Wednesday, May 23 According to Cal Fire, overnight containment of the Agua fire near Pauma Valley was increased to 40 percent while the size remained at 50 acres.     SAN DIEGO – The northbound Interstate 15 connector to State Route 76 (SR-76) is closed until 2:30 p.m. today for road maintenance, according to Caltrans.
