    FALLBROOK – The annual Rick Wiland Memorial Golf Tournament will be held Tuesday, June 11 at San Luis Rey Downs Golf Club in Bonsall. The tournament will have a 1:30 p.m. shotgun start. Proceeds from the tournament benefit the Rick Wiland Memorial Scholarship presented at Fallbrook Union High School. The scholarship proceeds are awarded each year to between one and three deserving students. Recipients must have competed in at least two sports, one of which must be wrestling or football.     FALLBROOK – Members of Fallbrook Village Rotary have volunteered through Operation Help a Hero to assist in preparing barracks for the return of the Purple Foxes of the Marine Corps. Part of the military’s rapid response team, the Purple Foxes have most recently been stationed for eight months in the Pacific and Indian oceans.     A 5-0 San Diego County Board of Supervisors vote May 15 approved a revenue contract with the California Department of Food and Agriculture to provide reimbursement for the county’s Asian citrus psyllid detection program.
