    Beginning Saturday, June 18 until Sunday, June 26, the I-15 Express Lanes will close from State Route 56/Ted Williams Parkway to SR 163. The southern section of the Express Lanes will reopen by Monday, June 27 for the morning commute. When it reopens, this section will have four Express Lanes – two lanes in each direction – operating 24/7 for added convenience.     BERMUDA DUNES - An abduction attempt was thwarted this afternoon when the 8-year-old victim got away from his would-be kidnappers and ran for help, authorities said.     HEMET - A gunman ended an argument at a party in Hemet today by shooting three people, deputies said. The shootings occurred at 1:03 a.m. in the 40000 block of East Stetson Avenue in Hemet, said Riverside County Sheriff's Sgt. Stephen Mike.     ANZA - A 54-acre brush fire near Anza-Borrego Desert State Park was fully contained tonight after repeated ground and air assaults, and a firefighter was hurt, the Riverside County Fire Department reported. The blaze at Tule Canyon Truck Trail and Terwilliger Road was reported at 3:26 p.m. Saturday, said department spokeswoman Melody Hendrickson, adding that no structures were threatened and no evacuations were ordered.
