FALLBROOK – The cause of three-vehicle chain reaction crash in Oceanside that left a woman dead remained under investigation today.     CAMP PENDLETON - A U.S. Marine Corps non-commissioned officer was convicted today, June 17, of killing an unarmed civilian in Iraq nine years ago. Sgt. Lawrence Hutchins III of Plymouth, Massachusetts, was also convicted of conspiracy and larceny, but acquitted of preparing a false report about the killing, the Los Angeles Times reported from Camp Pendleton.
