Jerry Brown today ordered flags at the state Capitol to be flown at half-staff in memory of two San Diego-area sailors who died in the collision of a Navy destroyer and a merchant vessel near Japan.   • Motorist killed in rollover near Live Oak Park

    FALLBROOK – A motorist was killed in a rollover crash near Live Oak County Park Monday night, authorities said today. A caller told the California Highway Patrol the victim's vehicle flipped and landed in a driveway in the 3000 block of Reche Road shortly after 10 p.m. Monday.
