    Shirley Clark Lenell, 90, passed away peacefully at her son's home in Colorado Feb. 2, 2018. Shirley was born Jan. 30, 1928, in Oelwein, Iowa. Shirley and George Lenell met in 1950.     Mark D. Metzger was born Feb. 5, 1951. He grew up in Fallbrook, Calif., attended Fallbrook High School and graduated class of 1969. As a teenager, he was a volunteer firefighter with the Fallbrook Fire Department.
