    SAN DIEGO - San Diego County's COVID-19 case and testing-positivity rates both increased slightly from last week's data, the Public Health and Human Services Agency announced today, but the data points remained significantly lower than those reported one month ago.   • Vehicle vs. propane tank accident reported near North Stage Coach Lane

    Saturday, June 26, a Ford Explorer struck a propane line from a propane tank on a private property on North Stage Coach Lane. The driver was not injured.
