    A 15-year-old Latino male assaulted a Sheriff's deputy as the officer began the process of placing him under arrest Friday night, June 24, at approximately 10:07 p.m., in the 1100 block of South Vine Street in Fallbrook. As a result, the boy was arrested for battery on a peace officer, felony resisting arrest, public drunkenness, and vehicle burglary.     SAGE - The Sage fire was fully contained at midnight Friday night with full control estimated (and fulfilled) at 5 p.m. today. At 8:20 a.m. Saturday there were, on scene, 9 engines, 6 hand crews, 1 water tender and 2 overhead with a total of 120 firefighters.
