Conradene “Connie” Mae Lamb passed away on May 21, 2011 at her home in Hemet. She was born in Kewanna, Ind. on May 2, 1915. She attended North Central College in Naperville, Ill. from 1935 to 1938 and in 1950 graduated from Occidental College in California. For 22 years she taught in the elementary schools of Bellflower and Vista. Phillip Hillman Verne, of Fallbrook, Calif., passed away June 13, 2011 at the age of 78. He was preceded in death by his son, Dana Michael Alan Verne in 2007.
