    *** UPDATE California Highway Patrol is investigating the traffic collision at Via Encinos and South Mission Road Tuesday, July 12 at around 9:30 p.m. CHP confirmed the accident was a hit and run. Driver of one of the vehicles is “outstanding, and with possible injuries.” CHP confirmed that part of the investigation will involve searches.
