    July 24, 2024, 3:54 PM A single-vehicle accident occurred this afternoon when a dark blue truck, possibly a Chevrolet Silverado, veered off the right-hand side of the road and crashed into trees, authorities reported. The incident was first reported at 2:54 p.m. when a caller informed dispatch that the truck had gone off the road and down into a ditch.     A woman was detained and taken into custody at the Fallbrook substation this morning after a 245 Assault with a Deadly Weapon call at 8:41 am in the 300 block of W. Clemmens in Fallbrook. Fallbrook Sheriff's responded as well as an ASTREA helicopter. The ASTREA announcement pertained to a 27-year-old Hispanic female with a red flannel jacket.     The Rainbow Municipal Water District adopted its 2024-25 budget. Rainbow’s board voted 5-0 June 25 to adopt the budget.     The Rainbow Municipal Water District has a 14-inch water main which runs through the planned Bonsall Community Park. An easement for that water main was recorded in 1959 but due to a survey error did not include the area with the actual infrastructure.
