RIVERSIDE - An operation to catch auto thieves and illegal gun traders in the Riverside area netted 42 arrests over four months, authorities announced today. A power outage has impacted the Pala Mesa Resort/ Pala Mesa Village/ Bonsall areas. According to the SDGE website, the outage began at approximately 4:53 p.m. on July 19, and will be restored at approximately 8 p.m. Approximately 1,000 customers were impacted by the problem, which is believed to have been caused by a problem in the overhead electrical system.
