    CANYON LAKE (Wire Service) - Firefighters today, Sat., July 21, quickly contained two fires about a block apart in the gated Canyon Lake community, limiting damage to less than half an acre of vegetation and the roof of one home, a fire department spokeswoman said. The fires were reported at 4:03 p.m. in the 23200 block of Clipper Court and the 23200 block of Canyon Lake Drive North, fire department spokeswoman Jody Hagemann said.     MURRIETA (Wire Service) - Fire crews quickly gained control of a small brush fire on Murrieta's northeast side, a fire department spokesman said today.     SAN JACINTO - Around 40 cows died today when the tractor-trailer hauling the animals overturned at a San Jacinto intersection.
