IDYLLWILD - Fire officials fully contained the 27,531-acre Mountain Fire today, more than two weeks after it was sparked by electrical equipment failure on private property northeast of Idyllwild. The Rainbow Municipal Water District board heard a presentation on options for the district to diversify its water portfolio.
