SAN DIEGO – Long-term lane closures will be needed to repair the Clairemont Mesa Boulevard overcrossing above southbound State Route 163 (SR-163), according to Caltrans. Early reports indicate that a collision on South Mission Road near Via Monserate is blocking the roadway. The crash was called in to authorities just before 5 p.m. today, Thurs., July 30.
