A semi truck pulling a double trailer had a tire blow causing it to jack knife on southbound I15, two miles north of SR76 at 3:46 p.m. Monday, Aug. 6. CAMP PENDLETON - A Marine Corps scout sniper will be posthumously awarded the Navy Cross for combat heroism in a ceremony at Camp Pendleton Friday, base officials announced today. Sgt. Matthew T.
