    The 2015 Del Mar Thoroughbred Club summer meet opened July 16, and San Luis Rey Training Center trainer Peter Miller had two wins. "Any time you win a race on Opening Day it's a great feeling.     The Fallbrook Public Utility District approved the replacement of its older vactor truck. A 4-0 FPUD board vote June 22, with Milt Davies absent, approved the purchase of a Haaker Equipment Company vactor truck for $406,793.88 including sales tax.
