    FALLBROOK – Authorities today identified a Temecula motorcyclist killed over the weekend in a crash on a North County freeway. Jacinto Gerardo Noya Skinfield, 50, was thrown from his 2000 Harley-Davidson when he crashed into a Toyota Camry that suddenly cut into his lane about 5:50 a.m. Saturday, officials from the San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office said.     RAINBOW – The San Diego Entertainment + Arts Guild (SDEAG) has received a $300 grant from the San Diego County Community Enhancement Funding program for a free poetry workshop for preteenagers (7 to 12 years old) at the Escondido Public Library from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 11.     SALT LAKE CITY – Benjamin Pawlik and Matthew Pawlik of Bonsall and Kaitlyn Forrest of Fallbrook have received their degree from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City.
