    The California Highway Patrol has announced that Caltrans opened Ortega Highway at 6 p.m. this evening (Mon., Aug. 12) to all traffic until 8 a.m. tomorrow morning. At that time, one-way traffic control will be in affect between the daytime hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. while repairs continue to be made to the roadway.
