    Della Bybee Baker, 103, passed away peacefully on the morning of Aug. 7, with her daughter, Doreen, at her side. She was born on April 8, 1909 in Idaho Falls, Idaho, the second daughter and third child of Charles E. Bybee and Edna Dean Brown Bybee, both of Utah Pioneer heritage.
